Please read through the terms carefully.

  1. Accurate Delivery Address:
    1. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate delivery address at the time of registration and purchase.
    2. We will not be held accountable for any delays or undelivered kits if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
    3. Please double-check your delivery address to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  2. Delivery and Contact:
    1. The delivery agent of our courier partner will contact you to arrange the delivery of your workshop kit.
    2. We are not responsible for any undelivered kits if the recipient is unreachable or does not answer calls from the courier partner.
    3. If you anticipate being unavailable during the delivery window, please arrange an alternative drop-off location or ensure someone else can receive the package on your behalf.
  3. No Refunds and Transfers:
    1. Once the registration for the workshops is completed, no refunds and transfers shall be provided under any circumstances.
    2. Please review the workshop details and ensure your availability before completing the registration.
  4. Unboxing Video Recording:
    1. To avail any exchanges or replacements for damaged parcels, it is mandatory to create a video recording of the unboxing process.
    2. The video should clearly show the condition of the package as received and the contents of the kit.
    3. Without a video recording, we will be unable to process any exchange requests for damaged items. 
  5. Post Booking Confirmation:
    1. Once your booking is confirmed, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to provide the necessary details.
    2. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to provide accurate contact information, preferably a WhatsApp number, where we can easily reach you.
  6. Recorded Session Validity:
    1. Once you receive the details and are ready with materials, you may request access to the recordings.
    2. Once access is  granted, it will remain available for seven days in case of hands-on sessions and one month in case of workshops and masterclasses, if not specified otherwise.
