1:1 Workshop Guidance

A personal 1:1 guidance session for artists, makers and creative people who want to plan, improve or confidently host their own art and craft workshops.

If you have been thinking about teaching a workshop but are unsure where to begin, this session will help you bring more structure to your idea. We can talk through what you want to teach, how to shape the workshop flow, how long it should be, how to price it, what participants may need, and how to make the overall experience smoother.

Each session begins with a 30-minute presentation from our side, where we walk you through key points around workshop planning, format, pricing, participant experience, confidence as an instructor and practical next steps. The remaining time is kept for your questions, discussion and guidance specific to your workshop idea or current challenges.

You can bring your workshop concepts, previous session details, Instagram page, product photos, notes, doubts or anything else that gives context. The conversation is meant to be practical, honest and personalized to where you are in your creative journey.

This session is focused on workshop guidance and experience-sharing only. It does not include art training, proprietary business details, supplier/vendor contacts, templates or internal business resources.

Common questions

Before You Book

Do I need to have a fully planned workshop before booking?

No. You can book even if your idea is still rough. The session can help you shape the concept, decide what to include, and think through how to make it clear and doable for participants.

What should I prepare before the session?

Bring whatever gives context: your workshop idea, art form, photos of your work, previous workshop details, Instagram page, pricing thoughts, material list, questions or challenges. You do not need a polished plan.

Can you review my existing workshop plan or Instagram page?

Yes. We can look at how you are presenting your workshop, what might be unclear, and where the flow, pricing, messaging or participant experience can be improved.

Will I receive a ready-made workshop plan after the session?

The session is designed to guide you through your own workshop plan rather than create it for you from scratch. You will leave with clearer direction, thoughtful feedback and practical next steps that you can shape in your own style.

Can you tell me exactly how much to charge for my workshop?

We can help you think through pricing based on duration, materials, effort, format, audience and positioning. The final price decision stays with you because it depends on your context and comfort.

Can this help with online or offline workshops?

Yes. We can discuss both formats, including workshop flow, setup, participant instructions, materials, engagement, venue or camera considerations, and common issues that come up during live sessions.

How will the session be scheduled after booking?

After booking, we will contact you to schedule a mutually convenient time for the online session. Please provide reachable contact details during booking so we can get in touch with you smoothly.

What if I need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule, please inform us as early as possible. We will try to find another suitable time based on availability.

Will you share supplier contacts, templates or internal business details?

No. The session does not include supplier or vendor contacts, proprietary business information, confidential financial details, internal systems, templates or business resources.

Which duration should I choose?

Choose 60 minutes if you have a focused question or one workshop idea. Choose 90 minutes if you want to discuss planning, pricing and flow in more detail. Choose 120 minutes if you want more room for review, discussion and Q&A.

Will this guarantee that my workshop will sell?

No. The session can help you improve clarity, structure, pricing and presentation, but sales depend on your audience, offer, timing, promotion and follow-through.
