Yes. Most Kalpkarika workshops are designed to be welcoming for beginners. You do not need to be good at art to join. The sessions are guided step by step, with space for questions, experimentation, and a little beautiful mess along the way.

Live online workshops are guided sessions you can join from home. You learn in real time, follow the instructor step by step, and ask questions during the session. If the workshop has kit options, please choose carefully while booking so the right materials can be arranged.

Yes, we offer in-person art experiences when offline batches are available. These sessions are designed for slow afternoons, shared tables, and hands-on creative time. If the Offline Workshops collection is empty, it simply means there are no current in-person batches open. You can check back or contact us for updates.

Recorded sessions let you learn at your own pace. After booking, and once you are ready with the required materials, you can request access to the recording. Access validity follows the Terms: seven days for hands-on sessions and one month for workshops and masterclasses, unless a product page states otherwise.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address while placing your order. Kit delivery depends on the address and contact details you provide, and the courier partner may call you during delivery. A correct WhatsApp or phone number helps avoid delays.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. Kalpkarika cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered kits caused by incomplete or incorrect address details, so please double-check before checkout.

Please record a clear unboxing video showing the package condition and kit contents. This is required for any exchange or replacement request for damaged parcels. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process a damage-related exchange.

Once workshop registration is completed, refunds and transfers are not provided, as stated in the Terms. Please review the workshop details, date, timing, format, kit option, and your availability before completing checkout.
