• Please double-check your delivery address to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Delivery and Contact:

• The delivery agent of our courier partner will contact you to arrange the delivery of your workshop kit.
• Delivery of the kits takes 7-10 days depending on the location. Please book 'with kit' sessions accordingly. Recordings will be shared if your kit doesn't reach on time.
• We are not responsible for any undelivered kits if the recipient is unreachable or does not answer calls from the courier partner.
• If you anticipate being unavailable during the delivery window, please arrange an alternative drop-off location or ensure someone else can receive the package on your behalf.

No Refunds:

• Once the registration for the workshops is completed, no refunds shall be provided under any circumstances.
• Please review the workshop details and ensure your availability before completing the registration.

Unboxing Video Recording:

• To avail any exchanges or replacements for damaged parcels, it is mandatory to create a video recording of the unboxing process.
• The video should clearly show the condition of the package as received and the contents of the kit.
• Without a video recording, we will be unable to process any exchange requests for damaged items.
